Before I knew Esthetics is what I wanted to do with my life, I was a pastry chef in Kansas City. I loved it, but the lifestyle was tough, it consumes your whole life. I got a part time job at sally beauty supply, and while I was there, I gained an interest in the ingredients in the products we carried- it reminded me of the chemistry involved in baking. I started making my own bath and body products, but wanted a formal education for it. I did some research and found Esthetics, and I fell in love. I moved out to Denver for schooling, and loved it out here so much, I made Denver my permanent home.
