Professional Summary:
I’ve had some incredible jobs in my professional career. Many days, I have thought that it was crazy that I was actually getting paid to do whatever it was I was doing!
Over the last 20 years, my ‘career’ has had me wearing many different hats. I have gotten to paddle down winding rivers, swing from treetops and traverse breathtaking ridge lines. I have had the privilege of watching kids and adults alike realize remarkable insights about themselves and the world around them…not to mention my own insights along the way! As massage therapy became the central focus of my work, I found an outlet for combining many of my early passions. And now getting to be a part of the creation of Blue Creek feels like a natural extension of a lifetime of experiences and inspirations.
Over the years, in multiple cities and settings, I continually strive to integrate the work I love to support people on their whole health journeys.

Treatment Styles:
integrating different techniques and tailoring each session to address the needs of each person using a variety of modalities including myofascial, lymph drainage and pre/peri-natal massage. Specialties include a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy and advance training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
BC Schedule:
Mondays – 2pm-7pm
Tuesdays – 2pm-7pm
Wednesdays – 9am-2pm (every other week)
